Creamy Roast Beef Sandwiches

6 pita breads, cut in half
1 lb. shaved deli roast beef
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup onion slices, separated into rings
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Prepared Horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt

FILL bread with meat, tomatoes and lettuce.

COOK and stir onion in butter in medium skillet on medium heat until tender.

ADD cream cheese and milk; cook on low heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Stir in horseradish and salt. Serve sauce with sandwiches.
