15-ozs. pineapple chunks in juice, drained
1/2 cup seedless grapes
1/2 cup orange sections
1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup sour cream
14 peach halves, drained
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Combine first 5 ingredients, tossing gently.
Before serving, add sour cream to fruit mixture; mix well.
Spoon 1/4 cup fruit mixture into each peach half; top with almonds.
To further lower fat...use reduced-fat sour cream.
