Mushroom Pizza

MAKES 1 SERVING
1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 garlic clove, minced( a dash of garlic POWDER, NOT GARLIC SALT, works also)
One 2-ounce pita ( Use the pitas you have left over if you made the above, Just
add 1 POINT)
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/4 medium onion, sliced into rings
1/4 medium red bell pepper, sliced
1/4 medium green bell pepper, sliced
3/4 ounce mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat broiler, In small bowl,combine tomato paste, mixed herbs and garlic, spread mix over pita. Arrange mushrooms, onion and bell peppers over tomato paste mixture; sprinkle with shredded cheese. Set pita on baking sheet: broil for 5-6 minutes, until golden brown.
EACH SERVING PROVIDES: 5 POINTS!
