Football Field Layered bean Dip

2 cans refried beans
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 cup sour cream
1 cup salsa
1 can sliced olives
4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 cups chopped leaf lettuce
2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
1 or 2 chopped Jalapeno peppers
Olives, cheese, sour cream for garnish

Mix the refried beans with the cayenne and chili powder. Spread on rectangular serving dish. Spread sour cream over beans. Spread salsa next. Sprinkle Jalapeno peppers over top, olives then tomatoes, then cheese. Apply the lettuce linearly to represent yard lines. Accentuate with cheese strips or piped sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
