Buffalo Wingless Wings

1 cup flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 LB boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into strips
1 tsp paprika, or more to taste
1/8 tsp cyan pepper, or more to taste
SAUCE:
4-6 oz Franks Red Hot Sauce, or more to taste
1/2 cube butter, melted
Heat deep fryer. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika & cyan mixing well. Dredge
the chicken strips in the flour mixture & deep fry about 3 minutes or until
golden brown & chicken is done. Remove to paper towels to drain. Combine sauce
ingredients & soak chicken strips in the sauce covering each strip well. Serve
on a platter with blue cheese dip.
