Pear Bread Pudding

1 15oz can pears, (I used the lite)
1 cup egg beaters
1/3 cup Splenda
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tsp Vanilla
pinch salt
2 English muffins( I used the whole wheat ones for fewer points)
1/2 tsp Brown Sugar Twin

Chop pears coarsely, put into a butter sprayed 9" pie plate. Mix the egg beaters, Splenda, milk, salt and vanilla well together.

Crumble the muffins over the pears and pour the mixture over the muffins.

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes or til knife in center comes out clean. I did mine 35 minutes for my oven.

Serves 8 nicely, WW points =2 per serving.

May serve with dollop of FF cool whip.
