Football Casserole

2 lb. ground beef, cooked
1 large onion, sliced thin
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can cheddar soup
1 package thick frozen french fries
1-2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Place cooked ground beef on the bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. Cover with
onions. Spread mushroom soup (diluted with half of the milk) over meat and then
the cheddar soup (diluted with half of the milk) over that. Place frozen fries
on top and cover with cheese. Bake at 350F 45 minutes.
