Mocha Mini-Chip Cheesecake Ice Cream 


1 pint heavy cream 
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk 
6 oz. cream cheese, softened 
1/8 cup milk 
1/2 package instant chocolate pudding powder 
1 tbsp. coffee crystals dissolved in 1/2 tbsp. water 
2 tbsp. egg substitute 
2 tsp. vanilla 
2/3 cup mini-chips (cold) 

Mix ingredients except mini-chips well. Make sure mixture is very cold. (I put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes, stirring twice, to bring it to that state.) Pour into your machine and let process according to the instructions. During the last 5-10 minutes, add the mini chips, or fold them in after processing....according to manufacturer's directions.
