Chilli Lamb Cutlets
8 lamb cutlets, trimmed
¼ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tsp garam masala
2cm piece ginger, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp yoghurt
3 tbsp lemon juice
Mix the ingredients except the cutlets into a paste, adding more lemon juice if necessary. Rub this paste onto the cutlets and refrigerate overnight.
Grill on high for 2-3 minutes each side. Serve with some lemon juice served over.
