Spicy Snack Mix
3 cups pretzels
3 cups mini butter crackers
2 cups cocktail peanuts
1/2 cup margarine or butter
2 teaspoons red pepper sauce
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
3 quarts popped popcorn
(1 microwave packet)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large roasting pan with aluminum foil.
Place pretzels, crackers and peanuts in pan, stir to mix; set aside. In a
small saucepan, melt margarine, red pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and
seasoned salt. Drizzle this over mixture in pan, stirring to coat evenly.
Add popcorn and stir. Heat 10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Cool and put in airtight containers. Great on trips.
