Lemon Pepper Chicken Packets

6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 medium zucchini, cut into thin strips
2 medium yellow squash, cut into thin strips
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 jar (7 oz.) roasted red peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon flour
Salt

Combine olive oil, vinegar, red peppers, lemon pepper and flour in a bowl. Tear off 6 pieces of aluminum foil. Place a chicken breast on each piece. Top with equal portions of vegetables and sauce. Fold foil loosely to form sealed packets. Place on a medium hot grill. Grill for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Be careful not to puncture the packets. When done carefully open foil packets to release steam. Serve.
