Lemon and Lager Marinade

2 tsp garlic clove, minced

1 1/2 cup lager

1/2 cup olive oil

3 fl oz lemon juice, fresh

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp mixed fresh herbs, chopped

Mix all of the ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl or pan.

For chicken pieces, marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

For fish or seafood, marinate for 2 hours at room temperature.
