Italian Herb Garlic

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

In glass bowl, combine lemon juice, wine, oil, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste. This marinade is good with vegetables, fish, shrimp, and chicken.

Yields about 1 cup
