Ham Loaf


2 cups oats
1/2 cup milk
1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
2 cups cooked ground ham
1 cup raw grated carrots
1 medium onion, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Place into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350*f (175*C) for 45 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing.

Makes 6 servings.
