Chicken Tex Mex Marinade
1 cup lime juice
1 cup orange juice
3/4 cup cilantro -- chopped
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chili powder
1 tablespoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons hot chile sauce
6 cloves garlic -- minced
Combine lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, hot pepper sauce, and garlic. place in a plastic bag. Pour desired amount marinade over chicken, reserve some of the marinade for basting. Marinade overnight in the refrigerator. Makes about 3 cups.
