Basic Deep Fried Vegetable/Fish Batter


Clarisse Corbiere

1/4 c flour
1/4 c milk
1 tbsp. egg white
1/8 tsp. celery salt
1/2 to 1c dry bread crumbs
Salt to taste


Whisk four, milk, egg white and celery salt until smooth. Dip vegetables/fish in batter, then roll in crumbs.

Fry in oil and sprinkle with salt to taste.
