Corn Casserole

1 cup creamed corn
1 cup whole corn drained
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs beaten
1 stick butter
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Just mix it all together and bake it at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Then enjoy!
It might be better to use low fat sour cream and that new kind of butter that
lowers cholesterol, and it would still be good and good for ya.
