Black Bean Spirals
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese w/ jalapenos
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp onion salt
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed & drained well
3 flour tortillas
Beat cheeses, sour cream and onion salt till smooth. Put beans in processor and blend till smooth. Spread a layer of beans on each tortilla. Spread cream cheese mixture over beans. Roll up tortilla tightly;
refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut into 1/2" slices and serve with a salsa.
