Americas Best Cheddar Dip
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup beer
1 tsp dry mustard
2 cups Sargento 3 Cheese Blend
Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add flour, cook and stir 1 minute.
Add beer and mustard; heat to a boil stirring frequently. Stir in cheese blend
and reduce heat to low. Stir until cheese has melted and dip is smooth. Transfer
dip to a heat proof serving dish or chafing dish to keep warm
Serving Ideas : Crackers or Melba Toast.
