Ham-Rice Casserole

1 cup ea. green & red pepper, onion
1/2 cup chopped green or black olives
4 cups cooked rice
1-1/2 cups boiled ham, cubed
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Sauté peppers & onions. Steam ham to temperature. Add all ingredients
together & pour into casserole dish. Top with crushed cornflakes. Bake at
350F for 30 minutes.
