Beef Apple Meatloaf
Notes:
This recipe is by Lynn Ordorf. Pueblo, CO. 1976.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 C. milk
3/4 C. fine breadcrumbs
1/4 onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 medium apples, grated
1/2 Tbsp. nutmeg
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Bake until done
