Saratoga Summer Salad

1 1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
2 cups diced fresh pineapple
2 cups halved fresh strawberries
2 oranges, peeled, halved and sliced
2 apples, diced
2 peaches, diced
2 bananas, sliced

Combine all fruits in a large bowl and chill.

Cream Cheese Dressing:
1 3-ounce pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. currant jelly
3/4 cup cream

Mash cream cheese with a fork and beat until smooth. Beat in slowly, lemon juice, currant jelly and cream. Chill the dressing for 1 hour or more before serving. Serves 10-12.
