Rosa Marina Fruit Salad

1 lb Rosa Marina Macaroni or similar
2 Large cans of Pineapple Chunks
1 Large can of Mandarin Oranges
1 Large Cool Whip
1 Medium Jar Maraschino Cherries
Nutsor Coconut can be added

Boil macaroni and cook until well done. Rinse and drain real good. Drain
liquid from pineapple and mandarin oranges, put liquid in saucepan. Add 2
beaten eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour. Bring to a boil until a
little thick (about 2 or 3 minutes). Pour this over macaroni, mix and
leave in refrigerator overnight. Drain cherries cut in half. Do not save
this liquid. Refrigerate pineapple, cherries, oranges overnight. Next day
or at least 2 hours, mix fruit, macaroni mixture together. Fold in cool
whip. Keep refrigerated. You can add fruit cocktail to make this go
further. Add more eggs, flour and sugar to the extra liquid from cocktail.
Make this the day before you are going to use it.
