Orange & Onion Salad

3 large navel oranges, peeled and sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 

Alternate orange slices and onion slices attractively in serving dish. 
Stir together remaining ingredients well and drizzle over salad. Serve immediately, on a bed of salad greens, if desired. 
Serves 4.
