Key West Fruit Salad

2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 cups chopped pineapple
2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups seedless grapes
2 cups chopped kiwi

In small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool 10 minutes, then add lime and orange juices. Cool completely.

Place fruits in large serving bowl and drizzle with dressing. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. 8 servings
