Watergate Salad I

1 package (4-serving size) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
STIR pudding mix, pineapple with juice, marshmallows and nuts in large bowl
until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Garnish as desired.
Makes 8 servings
Watergate Salad II
Not sure that this recipe is called "Watergate Salad" or not, did not have a
name for it, but at least you can use your pistachio pudding.
1 Large Can of Fruit Cocktail.
1 Can of Crushed Pineapple.
1 large Tablespoon of Helman's Mayonnaise.
1 Box of Pistachio Pudding.
1 small can of Mandarin oranges.
1 small container of Cool Whip.
Chopped nuts (optional).
Drain fruit cocktail, pineapple, and mandarin oranges. Mixed that with the
mayonnaise, pudding and chopped nuts, add cool whip to consistency that you want.
