Mimosa Mold

1-1/2 cups boiling water 
1 large package Sparkling White Grape Jello 
2 cups cold club soda 
1 can (11 oz) mandarin orange segments, drained 
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries 
Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. 
Stir in cold club soda. 

Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened. 
Stir in oranges and strawberries. 
Spoon into six cup mold. 
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. 

This is pretty in a mold, but I'm sure it would work fine to double it and put in a 13 x 9 pan.
