Thai Yellow Curry Paste

3 Dried Chilli
5 Shallots
10 Cloves Roasted Garlic
1 tsp Galangga
1 tbsp Lemon Grass
1 tsp Ginger 
1 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Roasted Coriander
1 tsp Roasted Caraway
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Shrimp Paste

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
