Jamaican Jerk Sauce
Bob and Molly Delahouse put together a delicious hot sauce that can be
used on everything from rice to spare ribs!
1/2 c. chopped scallions
4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 jalapeno peppers
1 chopped onion
5 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tsp. nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend at high speed for
10 minutes. Store in the refrigerator in a plastic container.
