Ham & Hash Brown Casserole

2 pounds frozen hash browns
1 can cream soup (chicken or mushroom)
16 ounces sour cream
1 stick margarine
8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped onion (optional)
1 ½ - 2 cups diced ham
Mix all ingredients together (except margarine) in a large bowl. Pour into
greased 13x9-inch casserole.
Dot the margarine on top of the casserole.
Bake at 375º for 1½ to 2 hours – until golden brown on top and hash browns are
tender.
