Cheesy Zucchini Macaroni

3/4 lb. Rotini or other spiral pasta
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 medium zucchini\cooked, sliced
3 cups spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook pasta in a large pan of boiling water 10 minutes, or until al dente. Drain.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté
zucchini 4-5 minutes, stirring often, or until tender-crisp. Stir in spaghetti
sauce and drained macaroni. Add cheese and stir to combine.
