Banker's Pineapple Cheese Ball

2 8 oz cream cheese; softened
8 1/2 oz Crushed pineapple; drained
1/4 c Green pepper; finely chopped
2 T Onion; chopped
1 t Salt
2 c Pecans; chopped
Assorted crackers

In medium bowl combine the cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper,
onion, salt and 1 cup of pecans. Mix well. Refrigerate until firm.
Roll the cheese ball in the remaining pecans before serving.
