Austrian Cheese Soup

1 tbsp. butter
1 c. celery, sliced
3 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up in 1/2 inch squares
8 oz. plain yogurt
Pepper
Melt butter and cook celery. Add water to soup mix and then to celery. Boil and simmer 10 minutes. Add cream cheese and cook 5 minutes over low heat until dissolved. Before ready to serve, add yogurt, DON'T BOIL! May add pepper to taste and extra leeks.
