Zucchini-Carrot Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/2 teaspoons yeast 
1 teaspoon salt 
2 teaspoons cinnamon 
1 1/2 tablespoon non fat dry milk powder 
1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar 
3 cups bread flour 
1 1/2 tablespoon Lighter Bake (or applesauce) 
3/4 cup water 
1/3 cup grated zucchini 
1/3 cup grated carrots 

Place the ingredients in the bread pan in the order recommended by your 
machine's manufacturer. Process on the appropriate cycle. 

This recipe yields a 1 1/2 pound loaf.
