Yogurt And Pumpkin Bread

1 pound loaf
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons powdered milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup raisins
1 1/2 pounds loaf
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons wheat germ
3 tablespoons powdered milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 cup +2 tbs canned pumpkin
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup raisins
Preparation:
Add all ingredients except pecans and raisins in order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on basic bread cycle according to manufacturer's directions. At the beeper (or at the end of the first kneading) add pecans and raisins.
