Savory Italian Bread

3/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 Cup grated pecorino Romano cheese
1/4 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
3 Tbsp chopped fresh basil, or 2 tsp dried basil
2 Cup bread flour
2-3 tsp yeast

Add the ingredients to your machine according to the manufacturer's instructions. Use a regular/white, light, or rapid bread cycle.
