Multi-Grain Bread

This will make two loaves (using the dough cycle on my machine)
1 1/3c of water
2T olive oil
2 T honey or brown sugar
2/3 t salt
1/4 c each of wheat germ and oat bran
1 c stoneground whole wheat
1/2 c oat flour (I just use reg. whole wheat flour instead)
1/2 c oats
2c bread flour
2 1/2t yeast
I pre-heat the oven to 400°F and then lower it to 360°F when I bake it so I
get nice crusty loaves.
