Cream of Wheat Bread

"The Bread Machine Cookbook" by Donna Rathmell German

Recipe is for SMALL loaf, with medium and large in parentheses. 

2/3 c. milk (1 c., 1 1/3 c.) 
2 1/2 Tbsp. margarine (1/4 c., 5 Tbsp.) 
1/2 egg (1, 1 1/2) 
1 1/3 Tbsp. sugar (2 Tbsp., 2 2/3 Tbsp.) 
1 1/4 tsp. salt (2 tsp., 2 1/2 tsp.) 
1 Tbsp. gluten, optional (1 1/2 Tbsp., 2 Tbsp.) 
1 1/3 c. bread flour (2 c., 2 2/3 c.) 
2/3 c. uncooked cream of wheat (1 c., 1 1/3 c.) 
1 tsp. yeast (1 1/2 tsp., 2 1/2 tsp.) 


Place all ingredients in bread machine and bake according to manufacturers instructions for normal white bread.
