Chestnut Bread

3/4 cup whole fat milk powder/or non fat milk powder 
1 and half cup water 
two tea spoons of vinegar 
two tea spoons of walnut oil 
one tea spoon of natural vanilla essence 
Four tea spoons of honey 

One and half cup of unbleached white flour 
one cup of rye flour 
one cup of whole wheat flour 
One tea spoon of poppy seeds 
Half tea spoon of caraway seeds 
Dry yeast one spoon 
chestnuts (about one and a half cup. First boil whole unopened 
chestnuts for about 30 minutes in water in medium fire. Open and break 
up each one into about six parts. Discard shells of chestnut. 
Leave till room temperature.) 
Salt half tea spoon 
Directions: 

Dissolve milk powder with water and then mix with all other liquids in bottom of machine baking pan. All liquids at room temperature. 

Then put in all flour and chestnuts and other ingredients. 

Let machine mix all ingredients. 

Dough should be moist. Otherwise add small amounts of water or flour to adjust. 

Machine time 3 hours 20 minutes. 

Light crust setting.
