Mike's Homestyle Meatloaf
12 lbs ground beef
1-1/2 cups mustard
3 cups ketchup
12 eggs
2 Tbsp thyme
1/4 cup basil
3 onions
1 head garlic
2 loaves bread cubes
1 pint cream
Soak bread cubes in cream. Then mix all ingredients but DO NOT OVER WORK, as mixture can become tough. Bake in water bath at 325 degrees F until meat loaf reads 160 degrees F on meat thermometer. Let cool before slicing.
Variation: Top each plated serving with 2 Tbsp Kraft Barbecue Sauce.
