Exciting Meatloaf

1 lb Ground beef
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1/2 cup Milk
1 med Egg; beaten
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Parsley; chopped
1/4 tsp Fennel seed; or to taste
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 cup Onions; chopped
1 Clove garlic; minced
3 tbsp Butter

Preheat over to 350F Mix everything except onion, garlic, and butter. Sauté these till golden brown then add to meat mixture. Shape into loaf, put a little chili sauce or catsup on the top with a slice or two of bacon and bake one hour.
