Dutch Meatloaf
Meatloaf:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Sauce:
2 Tblsp. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 Tblsp brown sugar
1/2 cup water
Combine meatloaf ingredients and mix lightly but thoroughly with a fork. Pack
lightly in a loaf pan. Mix together sauce ingredients and pour over the
meatloaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Slice and serve.
Serves 6.
