Blue Plate Meatloaf

3/4 lb. ground pork 
3/4 lb. ground beef 
1 cup corn chips, finely crushed 
1 cup green onion, thinly sliced 
1 cup bottled chili sauce, divided 
2 whole eggs, beaten 
2-1/2 tsp. chili powder 
1-1/2 tsp. salt 
1 tsp. black pepper 

Combine beef, pork, corn chips, onion, 1/4 cup chili sauce, eggs, chili powder, salt and pepper.

Mix to blend well. Place in baking dish. Spread remaining 3/4 cup chili sauce over the loaf.

Bake in a 450°F oven for 20 minutes.
